The onboarding process is quick and simple. To get started, all organizations need to do is connect the social profiles they are looking to house in Sprout Social. Almost immediately, the platform will begin to populate messages, audience data and more. For larger companies looking to connect profiles for multiple brands or those that have more complex social listening needs, the setup time can be a bit longer. However, Sprout Social prides itself on being one of the best time-to-value platforms in the industry and even for larger onboardings, we will have you up and running in a matter of days, if not hours.

 

Who generally uses your platform? (job titles)
Social media managers are typically the ones to use Sprout Social in their day-to-day work. We also see marketing managers and directors of marketing using the platform on occasion, especially for month-end reporting and to glean high-level insights for overall marketing strategy.


Does your platform primarily convert last click or is it a strong contributor via attribution?
Shape doesn’t offer it’s own attribution modeling. Shape supports and reports on whichever attribution model has been implemented in the advertising platforms.


Are you a self service platform or managed service?

Sprout Social is a self-service platform. Customers are empowered to use every facet of the software without needing assistance from Sprout. We also have a professional services team that is available for more complex social listening queries as well as a top-notch customer support team to help quickly answer questions and fix any issues that may arise.


What training do you offer to better understand and use your platform?
We offer a variety of resources to ensure our customers find success with Sprout. One of the most helpful tend to be our weekly webinars, which cover everything from how to get started to reviewing specific platform features. Additionally, Sprout’s Insights blog and Help Center provide a wealth of knowledge on general social marketing strategy and onboarding topics. Sprout also has a customer success team that is dedicated to ensuring customers are seeing the most value from the platform by setting up trainings, answering questions and sharing product suggestions.
