For Services Team Members new to PPC, we offer a foundational 11-week training program. This program teaches you the basics of PPC and introduces you to the concepts behind how we generate results for our clients. It is a mix of practical and analytical training, designed to teach you not just how PPC is done, but also why. This is a hands-on style training program that transforms someone new to PPC into a world-class account manager!
REDBOP is one of our many acronyms that stands for Research, Education, and Development of Best Practices, aka, training day! Our Services Team holds a monthly REDBOP on the third Wednesday of every month dedicated to learning more and updating our existing knowledge about PPC. These employee led training days are an opportunity for our team to collaborate on a regular basis to make sure we stay on the cutting-edge of the evolving PPC industry.
Ongoing professional development
We are proud to offer additional professional development beyond role specific training nearly every single week! Our professional skills training offerings include topics on management, interviewing, communication, executive presence, emotional intelligence, and stress management. Based on feedback from the team, we continue to enhance our training over time.
We offer performance reviews at 45 days, 90 days, six months, twelve months, and every six months thereafter. Success at Hanapin is measured by growth in expertise, financial impact, service delivery, and company value alignment. While you have formal performance reviews throughout your tenure, you will also have regular one-on-one meetings with your supervisor to continue these conversations.
In additional to regular performance evaluations and further skills development, we want to help you grow your career at Hanapin long-term. To better understand your personal growth goals, we conduct yearly stay interviews and hold goal pathing conversations to understand how we can make Hanapin an even better place for you to work and help you reach your long-term goals.
