About 3 weeks ago, Hanapin hosted a panel of dynamic women in the digital industry discussing the Confidence Gap. It turned out to be an awesome conversation on what the confidence gap is, why it’s important, how it effects companies, and the communication and tools needed in a workplace to help address it.
