Describe the on boarding process

After working with your Account Executive and Solutions Consultant to identify how the DialogTech platform can best serve your business needs, we will assign you a dedicated Implementation Manager who will work with you to ensure your account is configured to your specifications. The DialogTech team will work with you to create a project plan that fits your desired timeline for implementation.

To help us execute your project, we will need to understand your specific business objectives and some details around how our platform can best meet those objectives. That information could include the channels you’d like tracked, phone routing information, and integrations you currently use (or want). Implementation projects vary in length, depending on the scope and complexity of the work, from several days to several weeks. Once your account has been configured, your Implementation Manager will provide you with the reporting and training necessary to best utilize the platform.

Who generally uses your platform? (job titles)
The most common users of DialogTech are marketers in charge of paid search, SEO, social media and display advertising, website optimization, or marketing analytics. Titles can range from VP and Director to Manager and Assistant. Sample title include Global Vice President of Digital Marketing, Marketing Director, Senior Online Marketing & SEM Manager, and Social Media Specialist.

Does your platform primarily convert last click or is it a strong contributor via attribution?
DialogTech’s call attribution technology is fully customizable to support any type of attribution model a customer wishes to use. However, by default it is setup to utilize a rolling 7-day cookie that captures and attributes calls to their first touch.

Are you a self service platform or managed service?

While DialogTech’s platform is first and foremost a self service product, we also offer managed services if you desire a more “set it and forget it” type approach.

What training do you offer to better understand and use your platform?

DialogTech offers a wide variety of training options for new and existing users to become better acclimated to our platform. New users undergo a live training via the implementation/onboarding process and also gain access to our Support Community which contains videos and forums to help them better understand DialogTech best practices.


Once a user has gone through the initial onboarding, while we still encourage active use of the DialogTech Community, we do offer 1×1 training — both in person or via screen share and phone with their DialogTech Customer Success Manager — on an ongoing basis.
