Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of every month from 8:15-9:30 a.m. Refreshments are provided during registration, which lasts from 8:15-9:30 a.m. Meetings officially begin at 8:30 a.m. sharp and usually feature an expert speaker who presents information or advice on a topic related to Internet marketing. Topics may cover such aspects of Internet marketing as current events and trends, ways in which your business can benefit from Internet marketing, and tips for implementing Internet strategies.

In addition to advice from expert speakers, meetings will also include breakout sessions in which topics of interest to members are openly addressed and discussed in small group settings. Participation in group discussions is optional. The purpose of such breakout sessions is not to force participation, but merely to address any issues that members would like clarified. Breakout sessions allow for an open exchange of information in which members can bounce ideas off each other and build a collective understanding.

Members also have the opportunity to network at meetings and may choose to exchange business cards or other contact information with peers. Again, participation in networking activities is purely optional.

In general, meetings are conducted in a relaxed, yet professional manner. Members should feel free to ask questions, actively interact with peers, or merely sit back and take it all in. Your level of participation at meetings is up to you.
