As Hanapin’s Copywriting Intern, you’ll be involved in various aspects of our company. You’ll work on projects for Hanapin’s marketing efforts, in addition to working with our Search Marketing Team on assignments for our clients. You’ll gain experience in:

  • Blog Writing
  • Ghostwriting
  • Editing and Proofing
  • Ad Writing
  • Other duties as assigned may include social media related tasks and other forms of online marketing.

Experience is almost always required when applying for jobs in Copywriting, and now is your chance to get a jump start. This internship is ideal for those interested in marketing, public affairs, journalism, or other related fields.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work consistent hours each week.
  • Eagerly willing to tackle unfamiliar problems and research "best practice" solutions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on the vital few instead of the trivial many
  • Keen critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to "think on your feet"
  • Experience in any web-related field (examples include, but aren't limited to, blogging, email marketing, social media, web analytics, and 2web development)
