The Services Department is in charge of giving our clients white glove service in PPC management. Each day they analyze client accounts, identify areas of improvement, create strategies to help clients achieve their business goals, and execute these strategies. Additionally, our Services Department is constantly sharing their expertise on our blog, PPC Hero, via posts, whitepapers, webinars and more! The department consists of associates brand new to PPC (Production Associates) and those with 10+ years of experience in the industry. The Services Department is rightly the largest department at Hanapin Marketing, and is continually growing due to Hanapin’s ongoing revenue growth.
The Marketing Department works tirelessly to make all three of the Hanapin brands known to the world. Yes, the world. Our Marketing Team manages PPC Hero, our industry leading blog, Hero Conf, our continually growing conference, and of course, Hanapin Marketing. The Marketing Department manages the web presence of all these brands, promotes and hosts webinars each month, publishes regular PPC whitepapers, helps manage our inbound client leads, and directs all outside communication. Our event producers focus on the devlopment and continual improvement of the Hero Conf experience.
The Sales Department directly contributes to Hanapin Marketing’s growth through the acquisition of new clients. Our clients come to us with PPC questions, and we offer real solutions for their business growth. We strive to understand and help our clients reach their business goals through e-commerce sales or lead generation. The Sales Department contributes to Hanapin’s growth in a big way with just a small team of dedicated PPC advisors.
The Talent, Culture, Administration, and Finance Department (TCAF) supports the entire team here at Hanapin. They keep the books clean, recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, manage employee benefits, keep the office running day to day, manage all our internal technology, and a myriad of other projects. The TCAF department consists of accounting, administrative, and human resources professionals who continue to create an award winning workplace environment at Hanapin.
